Internal analysis of public services and the implementation of public services in educational institutions on the basis of the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2020 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of public services in the family and children" № 158
  
24 public services are provided by the Department of Education of Aksu district. There are 13 public services in schools. In particular:
1. Acceptance of documents and enrollment in educational institutions, regardless of departmental affiliation, for training in general education programs of primary, basic secondary, general secondary education
2. Acceptance of documents for the organization of free individual home education of children who for a long time due to health can not go to primary, basic secondary, general secondary education
3. Provision of free and discounted meals to certain categories of students and pupils in secondary schools
4. Issuance of permits for study in the form of externship in the organizations of basic secondary and general secondary education
5. Acceptance of documents for the transfer of children between secondary schools
6. Issuance of duplicates of documents on basic secondary, general secondary education
7. Receipt of documents and issuance of referrals to certain categories of students and foster children in public educational institutions for recreation in suburban and school camps
8. Queuing of children of preschool age (up to 7 years) for admission to preschool children's organizations
9. Acceptance of documents and admission of children to preschool educational institutions
10. Acceptance of documents for the transfer or transfer of children between preschool educational institutions
11. Assignment of qualification categories to teachers and persons equated to them in educational organizations implementing programs of preschool education and training, primary, basic secondary, general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary education
12. Free transportation of children living in remote rural areas to educational institutions and then to their homes
13. Acceptance of documents and admission to additional educational institutions for additional education of children

On March 25, 2022 (Kanysh Imantaevich Satpayev Secondary School-Gymnasium), Zhurimbek Sydykov Secondary School, Preschool Mini-Center, Esmurat Sikymov Secondary School Boarding School "Municipal state institution, Teribaev school, Mamaniya school) 5 schools were surveyed.
These schools have stands for public service, the self-service corner located in the institution is equipped with all the necessary office equipment (computer, printer, scanner).
In accordance with the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 14, 2020 № 202 The list of documents required for the provision of public services in Annex 7 to the rules and conditions of certification of teachers and other civil servants in the field of education and science in educational institutions implementing educational programs:
1) application;
2) identity document (required for identification) (returned to the owner);
3) diploma of education;
4) a document confirming the retraining courses (if any);
5) a document confirming the employee's employment;
6) certificate and order on assignment of a qualification category (for persons who previously had a qualification category);
7) Certificate of completion of advanced training courses on programs agreed with the authorized body in the field of education;
8) a certificate of passing the national qualification test, signed and sealed by an employee of the organization, determined by the authorized body in the field of education, responsible for the national qualification testing;
9) documents confirming the achievements of students / pupils (except for methodologists of methodical offices (centers), teachers of PMPK);
10) documents confirming professional achievements and generalization of experience;
11) study sheets (except for teachers of PMPK);
     On the basis of the letter of the akim's office of Almaty region dated April 29, 2020 №07-16 / 7781/6339, in the self-service corners of educational institutions must maintain office equipment (computer, printer, scanner, webcams, CARTRIDER) and Internet speed, hygiene provided with tools.
