Implements public policy among general education organizations, analyzes and plans its development, provides continuing general education at all levels, implements state programs, monitors the implementation of state standards, as well as works on updated educational programs, the work of quarantine schools monitors, conducts seminars for teachers, webinars, works on the introduction of best pedagogical practices and innovative technologies in the educational process, digitization and informatization of the secondary education system.
determines the state of secondary education in the region;
participates in the development of guidelines and rules for the development of secondary education, management decisions, draft board decisions, action plans, collects and analyzes data, implements the implementation of documents through monitoring, provides specific assistance to educational organizations through field trips;
monitors the compliance of educational content with the requirements of state standards, seeks to modernize the process of new technological training;
creates a system of performance appraisal of secondary schools, provides practical assistance in the certification of educational institutions;
conducts district seminars and workshops for teachers of educational institutions, as well as competitions, creative exhibitions, literary readings among students;
providing methodological assistance in retraining and advanced training of secondary school teachers;
coordinates the work on admission and expulsion from school, the participation of school graduates in the UNT, monitors the employment of graduates;
supervises the conduct of general and special disciplines in educational institutions;
monitors the implementation of curricula and programs in secondary education, if necessary, monitors and analyzes the quality of students' education;
conducts planned work to improve the quality of students' education;
conducts planned work to eliminate gaps in students' knowledge during quarantine measures.
